Christopher Fryant switched off the lights.
Blackout, part three of his "You already know LTX" series, is his first LTX IC LoRA (a small add-on model trained for one effect). It strips the lighting from a scene and relights it with a flashlight. A bright fairground plate of bumper cars and fairy lights goes pitch black as the effect wipes in from the left. The cars keep moving, every shape holds, and without the before you would never read the after as anything but the original shot.
Fryant hands out the ComfyUI workflow in usable bites on X, with Grok Bot carrying the know-how. Earlier parts added water to a shot and removed people from a frame. In practice, relighting can now start from footage you already have.
