Ciri's Seedance 2.5 Short Follows a Girl and Her Dog Through the Rain (opens in a new tab)

Why the desk picked it

A beautiful little piece of cinema for a Monday.

Ciri (@Ciri_ai) made this 24-second short entirely with AI using Seedance 2.5. It is a heartwarming flash-forward: a young girl dreams about a life with her canine companion, from running together in the rain to sharing a freshly cooked sweet potato under shelter. The characters stay consistent throughout, the movement is natural and believable, and the audio matches every moment, right down to the girl singing her own soundtrack of "Die With A Smile."

For AI creators, this is the bar: steady characters and fitted sound let a tiny story land like cinema. Ciri also shared the full workflow and prompts, from character creation to cinematic scenes.
